AMROR Ltd is the data controller of your personal data where it determines the purposes and means of processing.
In some cases, AMROR acts as a data processor on behalf of clients, such as when processing personal data for client-directed investigations, risk assessments or compliance checks. In those cases, the client is the data controller and responsible for the applicable privacy information.
AMROR may collect and process data about website visitors, individuals acting on behalf of corporate clients, and individuals whose personal data is included in material provided by clients or sourced during engagements.
Personal data may be obtained directly from you or your representatives, from clients instructing AMROR, from public sources, from third-party information providers, or from government, regulatory, law enforcement or court sources.
AMROR may process personal data to deliver advisory, legal and investigative services, conduct due diligence, support litigation or crisis response, comply with AML, sanctions or KYC obligations, respond to legal requests and enforce contractual rights.
AMROR retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the original processing purpose and to comply with legal, regulatory or accounting requirements. In many cases, this means a minimum of six years after an engagement ends.
You may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection under applicable data protection law. Contact: contact@amror.co.uk.
